1. About Us
This website is operated by BarFix UK, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. We sell retail products and provide in-person services.
2. Product Sales

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We aim to keep all descriptions and prices accurate. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders accordingly.
3. Returns & Refunds (Products)
We accept returns under the following conditions:

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Faulty items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Services & Deposits

All service bookings require a non-refundable deposit.

Deposits secure your appointment and are not returned under any circumstances, including cancellations.

We may allow a one-time reschedule if we are notified 72 hours in advance.
5. Payments

Online purchases must be paid in full at checkout.

For services, the remaining balance is payable on or before the appointment date.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and branding, belongs to BarFix UK and may not be used without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
