The 2021 Coyam is a vibrant and expressive wine, delivering layers of ripe blackberries, plum, and raspberry, interwoven with hints of spice, cedar, mint, and dark chocolate. Full-bodied yet beautifully balanced, it offers a velvety texture, fine tannins, and a long, harmonious finish.
 
Produced from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in Chile’s Colchagua Valley, this anniversary release pays homage to Coyam’s legacy—both in the glass and on the label, which features oak tree imagery inspired by the surrounding native forests. A superb choice for special occasions, rich meat dishes, or cellaring.
